Glowing Window Silhouettes

Edited image: Convert this photograph of the two-storey apartment building into chunked retro pixel art (16-bit era, big visible square pixels, hard edges, absolutely no antialiasing, no blur, no smooth painterly shading, no photorealism). Same building and camera angle: white and pale-green vertical siding, dark brown-grey shingled roof, the exterior wooden stair and upper balcony with railing, the two front doors, big dark tree mass across the top and left, parking lot in front. Change it to NIGHT. The whole image is dark and desaturated green-grey, low contrast, almost monochrome dark teal-grey. All windows are dark except ONE. One translucent window, placed slightly left of center in a 16:9 landscape frame, glows bright warm yellow - the brightest thing in the image by far, with a soft warm halo spilling onto the siding around it. Four distinct black shapes, all fully inside the window opening, none of them cropped by the window frame. The window glow must stay a large clear rectangle, roughly one quarter of the frame height, with the four silhouettes large enough to still be readable if the image is zoomed in 3.5x on that window.
